摘 要
如今女儿墙已成为建筑的专用术语，伴随着社会的发展和进步，女儿墙的浪漫和诗情画意也不再是人们津津乐道的内容了，只是国家建筑规范中的90厘米高的砖混结构式的一堵矮墙而已。它回归了建筑的本原，在建筑物上起着它应起的作用。一般在一些单元楼的屋顶上，成为建筑施工工序中一种必不可少的并且具有封闭性的一部分。但是由于种种原因,女儿墙开裂渗漏也是屡见不鲜。

ABSTRACT

引 言
女儿墙是砖混结构中重要的组成部分，它增加了建筑物的高度，使建筑物显得更加雄伟和美观，还具有一定的保温、隔热、防水的作用。而女儿墙裂缝与渗漏，是常见的工程质量通病，在其根部和转角处容易发生水平裂缝、斜向裂缝；在压顶部分，容易发生垂直裂缝。出现裂缝后，均会在裂缝处积垢，经过日晒雨淋就会产生黑色的污迹，影响建筑物的美观，也破坏了防水层的整体性，容易引起屋面渗漏。雨水侵入墙体后，轻则影响墙面美观，重则使内外墙装饰脱落，从而影响建筑物的使用功能和寿命。女儿墙裂缝的问题存在
非常广泛，也时常发生，但是没有引起足够的重视，找到原因后，应该运用科学的方法来防治它的发生。
